From Montblanc we take the TV-7042 road to the small village of Rojals and from there the track heading towards the hamlet of la Bartra. When the track crosses the GR-171, continue to the nearby refugi de Cogullons and from there follow the path towards la Bartra, passing by the font del Grèvol and continuing to the font Freda. Two hundred metres further on we will see a cliff on the right, which must be climbed on the left up to the upper part; close to the cliff is the Avenc del Ginebró. We will continue 400 metres in a SE direction along the top of the ridge until we find the notable entrance of the Avenc de l'Obaga.
