ME-4 Martinzulo

From the road from Lekunberri to Uitzi, 500 m before Uitzi a cement track leaves on the left. Go up this track, which after a couple of kms ends at a farm; leave the car before the farm, at the last curve to the right from here. Looking South, Mount Mergelu can be seen about 900 m away. Head towards the aforementioned mount, but not towards its summit, rather to cross by the Northeast ridge about 300 m from the summit. This ridge marks the municipal boundaries of Uitzi and Azpirotz and is crossed by a wire fence. Once this wire fence has been crossed, descend about 100 mts down the Southwest slope until you reach the pit.
