Access is from the road from Lekunberri to Uitzi: 500 metres before Uitzi a cement track leaves on the left. Go up this track, which after a couple of kms ends at a farm; the vehicle is left before the farm, at the last curve to the right. Then walk towards the South-West, crossing a pasture and a wire fence gap, and go around a large doline that is left on the right. Cross another wire fence gap and begin to enter the beech wood, from where a new wire fence, cone-shaped, protecting the AM-1 pit can be seen. Past AM-1, follow the fence in the direction of Gorriti; after about 200 metres a fence surrounding the mouth of the AM-2 pit is seen on the left. From that point continue in a South-West direction and, after crossing a wire fence, begin to descend the slope in the direction of the motorway until meeting a track above the motorway. Take this track in a South-East direction and after about 100 metres the mouth of the cavity is found, more precisely on the left.
