Morfologia
A group of three small cavities probably opened up during the construction of the road. The most important one (Cova A) begins with a narrow passage about 2 metres long that leads into a 4.5-metre pit. At its bottom it can be followed through three different passages formed among a large number of blocks embedded in the walls.
Above this is Cova B, which initially was just over 3 metres long and today is practically dismantled.
About 10 metres S of the main cave is la Cova C, which begins with a very narrow passage that leads to a small chamber and then to a gallery of more spacious dimensions. The estimated route is about 9 metres.
Progressione
The 4.5-metre pit is easy to descend by opposition.
Storia
Everything seems to indicate that they appeared during the construction of the road from Sant Pere de Ribes to Olivella (the year is unknown). Referred to by cavers from Vilanova i la Geltrú as Cova-avenc de la Cuneta. The only known data are those made by members of the SIS – CE Terrassa who visited them in February 1973, publishing a brief note and survey.
