Località

On the eastern slope of the summit of lo Pou Sec in Montaspre. To the N of Alfara de Carles. Of difficult access through a crawl, the cave has its entrance in a rocky band of laminated Limestone and Dolomite from the Lias.

Morfologia

The mouth measures about 4x2 m and gives access to a large chamber of about 100 m squared and a height between 4 or 5 m. The floor is a chaos of blocks. As no survey is available, we do not know the exact measurements of the cavity.

Of difficult access through a crawl.

There are many defecations of wild goat. There is no sign of human presence at first sight. In the immediate surroundings there is a rock shelter formed by an interesting geological fold.
