It is located beneath the Fustanyà farmhouse, at the rock known as del Tut. From the farmhouse a path leads to the Tut de Fustanyà cave, which is closed with a door; once past it, one skirts the rock of Tut and reaches the shelter.

Located and explored by GEFOMA on 1 July 1979. It is likely that it was already known to the people of the area.
