Description
Morphology
A low entrance opening into a small chamber with a flat floor. On the north side, a 3-metre step to climb leads to a high meander that pinches out 12 metres further on. In the ceiling is the arrival of the upper entrance (+15). On the south side, a loose descending crawl leads to a pretty ascending gallery with gours over 15 metres. One turns south and crosses an old mass of concretions. The passage divides in two and heads west again; after 10 metres it rises steeply and emerges 10 metres later through the spectacular entrance of the Trou de l'Aigle, in the middle of the cliff face.
Speleothems
The ascending gallery on the south side has gours over 15 metres. After the old mass of concretions, in the left wall, there is a draught hole probably connected with the bottom of the galerie des moustiques of the Bufo Fret.
Progression
On the north side, a 3-metre step must be climbed. A chain bars the entrance of the terminal crawl to protect the porch where birds of prey regularly nest.
Bio
The porch of the terminal crawl regularly shelters birds of prey, protected by a chain barring the entrance of the crawl.
