Description
Morphology
These are three small concavities in the Triassic sandstones that have been covered by travertine tufa.
No. 1 is a short gallery 5 metres long; no. 2 is another passage 3 metres long and never more than one metre high; no. 3 has a mouth 3 metres wide and a length of 4 metres.
Speleothems
No. 3 is perhaps the most interesting of the group for its stalactitic formations, but unfortunately, and for years now, it is in a very degraded state.
History
Although they must have been known since remote times, the only speleological references we know of are those provided by Ton Balart and Joan Pallarès, who visited and surveyed them on 3 March 1974.
