Description
Morphology
The cave is formed by a regular and slightly meandering gallery, 28 metres in development with a slight downward slope that reaches -2 metres. At 18 metres along the passage, on the right we find a practically cylindrical gallery of somewhat reduced dimensions that climbs steeply until reaching the highest point of the cavity at +7 metres. This gallery presents two sharp changes of direction until reaching its final stretch, developed along a joint running NE-SW.
Speleothems
The ascending gallery has its base covered by a series of microgours.
Other details
The floor of the main gallery is formed by a thick layer of earthy sediments.
History
The first reference to the exploration of this cavity dates from 22 October 1972, carried out by members of the SIE del CE Àliga.
