Description

Morphology

The entrance is fan-shaped, 15 metres high and 8 submerged; the width is 2 metres at the base, but reaches 12 metres at the top. The first 15 metres are formed by a vestibule 10 metres wide, at the W end of which a dry gallery begins that climbs progressively, penetrating 20 metres further, where a large block hinders passage.

Hydrology

It is worth noting, at the opposite end in the entrance vestibule, the existence of a submerged gallery that begins at a depth of 6 metres.

History

Cavity known since remote times by the people of the area. The only data we know are those provided by members of the SIS – CE Terrassa who explored and surveyed it in August 1986.
