The overhang is 3 to 4 metres thick, shaped like a half-moon, with a width of 34 metres by 8 metres deep and 4 to 5 metres high. Inside it there is an enclosure of modern construction, 6 by 10 metres, with a roof and a sheet-metal door. In front of the cave there is a metal water tank 8 metres in diameter. The floor was excavated to gain height.

The whole sector of the back has a rock step that would be the level the rock shelter had before it was emptied. The right-hand part is flat, with a large flat block standing out and an area full of vegetation next to the tank that makes passage difficult.
