Description

Morphology

The triangular entrance, 4 by 2 metres, leads into a gallery that quickly widens to form a chamber 7 metres in diameter. From there its dimensions diminish along the entrance gallery until reaching a hole that connects with the upper part of a cylindrical concavity about 4 metres in diameter by 4 metres high.

Progression

The entrance gallery leads to a hole that connects with the upper part of a cylindrical concavity, followed by a descending gallery.

History

The only data we know about this cavity are those published by Vilaseca (1954) in an archaeological work on grooved pottery. On the Serra de Llaberia map by Editorial Piolet it appears georeferenced under the name Cova de la Lluïsa.
