Description

Morphology

Small cave formed by a single gallery 12 metres long and with a wide entrance mouth. The floor, irregular in shape, rises on both sides due to the accumulation of sediments.

Hydrology

At the bottom of the gallery a small impenetrable hole is observed through which the waters of this ancient spring appear to have flowed.

History

Known since time immemorial by the people of Pratdip. The only speleological reference we know of is the one provided by members of the GEP – Agrupació Excursionista Pedraforca (Barcelona) who visited it on 15 April 1974.
