Description
Morphology
Large entrance 20 m wide by 5 m high. It is largely closed by the remains of a stone wall, with access to the interior through a door. Its interior consists of a single chamber, with a slightly ascending floor, 12 m deep, which almost preserves the dimensions of the entrance.
Other details
Everything suggests that it was once used as a livestock pen and perhaps even as a dwelling.
History
Known since ancient times. Mentioned in various hiking itineraries and on the maps of the Port.
Visited in 2019 by members of the CE Dinàmics during a campaign to discover canyons in Arnes.
