Sant Martí Sarroca • Alt Penedès4m0

A shelter about 4 metres deep in Sant Martí Sarroca (Alt Penedès), with channels and a basin 90 x 30 cm and 10 cm deep.

Characteristics

Location

From the font de la Salut, follow the path along the right bank of the riera de Pontons and into the woods. Almost when you are in front of the apse of the church of Sant Martí Sarroca, which we see on the hill on the other side of the riera, continue to the right along a path that climbs suddenly through the woods and in a few minutes brings us to the foot of a cliff where several cavities open. The one in the middle is the Cova Rodona and about fifty metres further S, following the foot of the cliff, is the Cova de la Pedrera.

At present the whole cliff has a series of very well-known via ferratas of different difficulty.
