Description
Morphology
The entrance is 5 metres high, 1.5 wide and 4 metres deep in water. A gallery continues in a N direction and at 10 metres it bifurcates. The left-hand gallery widens and continues in a N20W direction, where about 10 or 15 metres of passage can be glimpsed. The right-hand gallery, in an E direction, cannot be seen where it ends.
Progression
We do not have a survey.
History
The only reports we have are those published by members of the SIS – CE Terrassa who located it in August 1981.
It seems, however, that the first exploration was carried out by Mr. Antoni Ribera, together with Dr. Sala and his daughter in 1949.
Years later its entrance was blocked with a brick wall, destroyed years later by a winter storm. But it turns out that the sewer of the Giverola development connected with this cave and the visit in 1981 proved practically impossible due to the infected waters and effluents that could be noticed just by approaching. We do not know the current state of this cavity.
