Vielha e Mijaran • Val d'Aran 20m

Small cave with a 20 m passage in the Vall d'Aran, formed by a single gallery and discovered in October 1980.

Characteristics

Location

On the dividing ridge between Catalonia and Aragon, heading up from the Còth deth Hòro one reaches the lake of the same name. From here one of the tributaries of the barranc dera Ribèra descends, which further down disappears into the impressive Hòro deths Barrancs. Below this sinkhole and continuing down the channel, one must head for the walls on the left where, at a point where the slope eases, we will find the mouth of the cavity.

Possibly the best access is from the Artiga de Lin.
