Location

From Hortoneda we will head to the Coll de la Creu, continue towards the Mas de Els Freixes but before reaching the Llau de Perauba, we will climb up the canal d'Alzina in the direction of the Montpedrós; the cavity is found in the eastern rocks of this at about 1450 metres of altitude. Approximate coordinates.

Description

Morphology

A pit 16 metres deep. At its base we find a gallery on a steep slope that climbs 6 metres; at this point the gallery descends again another 6 metres of drop until it becomes impenetrable. At the high point of the gallery we find an access to a narrow joint in an easterly direction; at the end we find another perpendicular joint 10 metres long.

History

Explored by J.M. Victoria in 1964.
