Location

At the Serrat de la Morella, on the S slope of the Puig Ginebró. It is located 63 metres S of the avenc de Sant Jordi, and 101 metres in direction O21S from the avenc del Cabàs. It is also five metres from a very visible cocona, because it is protected by a stone wall.

Description

Morphology

Pit with an entrance of 0.60x0.70 metres. The section is elliptical with 0.37 metres of width. The narrowest part is at its maximum (0.25-0.30 m).

Progression

It can be descended easily about 2 metres to a small ledge. From here the narrowest part is at its maximum (0.25-0.30 m), until touching foot at -7 metres.

History

This pit, like the Avenc dels Setze Jutges, was cleared and explored by the G.E.A.Badalona-OJE in 1975, marking it with a 2 inside a rectangle. In 2011 members of the GE Badalona and EG l'Hospitalet surveyed it.
