From el Perelló, take the TV-3022 road towards Rasquera; at kilometre 3.86 there is a large lay-by on the left-hand side where you can leave the road and take the dirt track heading in the opposite direction to the one we came from. After 240 metres we come to a junction; we continue along the middle track for 80 metres, where we find a new junction; we take the left fork and, 75 metres further on, we turn off to the right. We follow this track for 1 kilometre until we reach a junction where we park; if a 4×4 vehicle is available, we can continue for about 225 metres along the left-hand track, which is in poor condition; at this point we come to a sharp left-hand bend, and we continue for another 90 metres towards the tail of the reservoir.

To the NW there is a small cave that will serve as a reference point for finding the small path a few metres away; we climb up through the abandoned cultivation terraces, and there may be a small cairn that possibly leads us close to the hole, which is halfway up the north slope, near some pines.
