Description
Morphology
Fairly narrow cavity. The entrance is 1.50×031 metres. We will descend a 5.60 metre shaft; once here, the joint continues a few metres further, with a width of 0.40 metres.
Speleothems
Some lithogenic coatings are observed.
Progression
Follow the route to the avenc del Mustafà, pass through the Forat Petit and 7 metres in direction 158º from the latter the pit is located. We will descend a 5.60 metre shaft.
Other details
Small bone remains of caprines.
History
Discovered and explored by members of SIE – CEA on 21 November 1971. Later, members of GELERA painted the name avenc de les Cabres at the entrance, which is no longer preserved today.
