Località

At 1231 m altitude, 1.3 km northwest of the village of Rivert, on the serrat de la Rebolleda, 90 m south of the Pigal del Llamp ridge and 40 m of drop below the same.

To reach it, we take the path marked with cairns that from Rivert climbs the carena de la Rebolleda in the direction of the Pui de Lleràs; a little before reaching the spot marked on the ICGC cartography as "Pigal del Llamp", we leave the ridge and traverse southwest, crossing an area of conglomerate stripped of vegetation, until we reach the entrance of the cavity.

Descrizione

Morfologia

A large opening of about 5x3 m, initially covered by a large mass of brambles, which gives access to a steep ramp with a high ceiling that ends blocked by cobbles at -8 m depth. A little before the bottom, descending on the left hand, a horizontal crawlway opens that returns in the direction of the entrance and also ends filled with sediments and cobbles, a clearing being possible.

Storia

On Sunday 15 December 2019 it is located by Josep Guarro, although as he was not carrying pruning tools he cannot make his way through the large quantity of brambles covering the entrance.

The next day, Monday 16 December 2019, Jordi Pascual of the GESAM de Tremp also locates the cavity without being able to enter it either, and returns two days later, on Wednesday 18 December, with pruning tools and clears the entrance and explores the small cavity.

Four days later, on Sunday 22 December, Josep Guarro returns accompanied by Joan Carles Juderias, with pruning tools, and they find that someone has already done the work; unaware of Jordi Pascual's visits, they take the opportunity to survey the cavity.
