Località

Going along the BV-2111 road from Sant Pere de Ribes to Olivella, shortly before reaching Can Suriol (km. 14), a dirt track leaves to the left towards the farmhouses of the Pelagons. Follow it until shortly before reaching the height of the masia dels Pelagons de Dalt and descend westwards to find a marked bend of the riera dels Pelagons, above which the Penyes del Lledoner rise; at their foot is cave no. 1 del Lledoner.

Descrizione

Morfologia

The cave is formed by two large blocks fallen from the wall of the Penyes del Lledoner, having come to rest on others and tilted about 50º, forming two small caves joined along their left side. The whole chaotic set of passages between the blocks totals a length of 25 metres.

Progressione

Leaving by the right-hand side of cave no. 1 del Lledoner and between two blocks there is a path covered by vegetation, and 8 metres along it is the entrance of this cave.

Storia

The only known data are those published by members of the Museu Víctor Balaguer (Vilanova i la Geltrú), who explored it in July 1980.
