Località

From Bellver, take the GR-107 heading toward coll de Pendís, ascending the valley of Ingla. Past the pont d'Ingla the track turns left and begins to climb. Further on, on the left bank of an unnamed torrent and at the foot of a cliff, in front of the track, is the cavity with its entrance facing N.

Descrizione

Morfologia

The cave consists of a single gallery with a passage of 39 metres. The first stretch, up to 14 metres from the entrance, preserves both the ceiling and the walls perfectly smooth and polished, cavitational signs due to flow under pressure in its beginnings as a spring. The rest of the cavity shows evident signs of erosion in one stretch and another with an important clastic morphology, which have given rise to two levels and where the sections of the cave present greater width.

The reconstructive forms are widely developed.

Storia

Discovered and explored in July 1961 by members of the ERE – CEC.

Other members of the same group surveyed it in June 1967.
