Cova Benaixa

From Horta de Sant Joan, follow the road that leads to the Àrea d'esbarjo del Mas de la Franqueta. At km 4.7, on the left, is the entrance to the track of les Roques d'en Benet (closed) and where, a few metres further on, the car must be left. On the left a path begins that passes below the Mas de Curassana and goes up the barranc de la Pineda. The path leaves the barranc and climbs towards the SW to reach the eastern slope of the Pena de Gall until arriving at the Coll de la Pena and then approaching the Cingle de Roca Llisa. The path continues towards the Racó del Bassiolet and finally arrives at the Coll de Pere. From here, to the NE, the cingle where the cave is located can already be seen.
