Località

We will set out from the village of Navàs along the BV-4402 road, heading towards Galera; after about 200 m we will turn off onto a dirt track that leaves to our right, we will continue for about 2.5 km and here we will leave the car, to continue on foot along a path that leaves to the right, about 200 m in a northerly direction, until we find a very visible rocky outcrop; just below it we find the rock shelter.

Morfologia

The rock shelter has dimensions of 18 in length by 4 m in depth and a height of 2 m.

Idrologia

Above the roof of the rock shelter, on the upper part, a channel carved into the rock can be seen that must have collected rainwater and carried it to the rock shelter.

Altri dettagli

The cavity preserves remains of the walls of an old farmhouse built into the rock; it is an interesting semi-troglodytic construction built in a rock shelter.
