We will take the BP-1241 road that goes from Sant Feliu de Codines to Gallifa; when we reach kilometre point 7 we will leave the car in a widening on the left, cross a bridge over the torrent de les Maioles and immediately find a path that branches off to our right; 150 m further on we will find the font and the les Maioles recreation area. Following the path we will find, a few metres further on, the plunge pool and beside it the balma de les Maioles.

Morfologia

We find the rock shelter beneath a small waterfall of the stream that divides the cavity into two parts. The left one is 9 m long and 4 m deep, with a height of 3.80 m. The right one is harder to reach when water is plunging down the waterfall; it is 22 m long and 10 m deep, with a height of 1.30 m.
