Località

From the large doline of Campgràs, right in front of some large rocks beside the paved track, a path leads off in the direction of the Benjamí Digón pit; the path passes through a doline where there is a pine tree and, a little further on, you must branch off slightly to the right to find the pit, which lies about thirty metres from the Benjamí Digón pit.

Morfologia

A 3x2 metre funnel gives way to a comfortable descending crawl that leads to the upper part of a 10-metre shaft with an oval cross-section. The base, of ample dimensions, is profusely adorned with formations. On one side of the base it can be seen that a clearance has been made, which gives way to a shaft about 13 metres deep; almost halfway down the shaft there is a fairly narrow passage (35x50cm) and, just below the passage, there is an installed plate and the shaft becomes a little wider. The base, 1.2 m wide, is choked with blocks.

Storia

The cavity was cleared by members of GIRES over the course of two trips during January 1995, although other groups had previously attempted to clear it. In February 2025 Juli Serrano and Montse Roca (SIE-CEA), on a visit to the cavity, observed that a new shaft opens at the base of the pit chamber. On a visit made previously together with colleagues from Espeleobloc in March 2013 this shaft was not there. They take advantage of the visit to descend the shaft and take data to make a sketch of it. It seems that the shaft was cleared by members of the SES of the GER in December 2015.
