Località

Driving along the road from Terrassa to Rellinars (B-122), in front of the entrance to the “Els Caus” residential development, a track (closed) branches off which we must follow until we find a fork. We will take the path on the right and find a power line that must be followed until almost reaching the ridge. The pit is a few metres to the right of the track.

Descrizione

Morfologia

The entrance, one and a half metres in diameter, allows entry into a small earthy hole 3 metres deep with no kind of continuation and with a floor full of stones and sand.

It seems that at present, and due to the earthy component where the cavity is located, it has been disintegrating and partially filling the bottom, so the small pit may not even reach 2 metres in depth.

Storia

Discovered by Mr. Tòfol de Rellinars in May 1973, who reported it to members of the SIS – CET, who, after enlarging the small hole that was the entrance, explored it.
