Località

From the barri de l'Hospital in Olesa de Bonesvalls you must go to the municipal sewage treatment plant; the track continues along the side of the riera de Begues and very often crosses it. After a little more than 2 kilometres, the riera makes a turn of almost 360º, forming a narrow section of the surrounding massif (coll Estret). On the S slope of this coll, some 20 metres above the riera, is the small entrance of the pit.

Descrizione

Morfologia

Very narrow entrance through which one enters a small shaft of almost 4 metres. Immediately after, the main shaft of the cavity begins, of 28 metres. The first section is slightly subvertical and widens as depth is gained.

Storia

The first exploration of the cavity was carried out in January 1960 by members of the GES – CMB.
