Caratteristiche

Località

We leave Campgràs and follow the path of puig la Morella (GR-92). We reach the col (to the SW of the summit) and continue down the track almost to the pla del Bruc.

From the col the track descends fairly straight; after about 400 metres it makes a sudden turn to the left and then one to the right, heading straight towards the corral del Bruc. We follow a more or less straight stretch, leaving the ruins of a hut on the right until another bend to the right. The track levels out, making a wide turn to the left followed by another to the right; the track continues straight until reaching a junction. About 30 metres before this junction, on the left we find a wooden pole of the old low-voltage line; standing at the base of the pole, we continue in direction S10E for 35 metres, where we find the entrance of the avenc Raspós Petit or de la Somera, at the beginning of a small flat area. From here we continue in direction S40E for 12 metres where we find the cavity amid some kermes oak bushes. We can also locate it from the avenc Raspós, since it lies 9 metres at E35N from that cavity.

Descrizione

Morfologia

Past the small entrance, one enters a fissure with an average length of 3 metres and a depth of 4 metres that narrows progressively.

Progressione

Once at this point, and with little room to move, we observe that to the SW an r-1 leads to the end of the gallery at about 2.50 metres. In direction NE, at 2 m the passage becomes impenetrable although a continuation can be glimpsed.

Storia

The first exploration was carried out in 1967 by the GES del CM Barcelonès. Joan Borràs (GES) returned in May 1972 to make the survey. In May 2014 the GE Badalona and the CE Castellar del Vallès made a survey revision.

On the other hand, we have observed that in the edition of the Alpina map of 1961, there is an enlargement of data made by the SES-Puigmal, appearing located in the same place the Avencó del Bruc with no. 123. In the guide it states that it is 6 m deep and gives it an altitude of 483 m.a.s.l.

After publishing his Catàleg, Borràs made a complete revision of the Alpina map and this pit disappears definitively.

Given the location on the map, the similar depth and the similarity in the name, it is more than likely that both pits are the same.
