Description

Morphology

Cavity with characteristics similar to the Rec Fondo, though of smaller dimensions. The mouth is 13 metres high, 5 wide and 8 metres deep below sea level. During the first 18 metres these dimensions are maintained, with a narrow passage of one metre, and it widens again for 7 more metres, before narrowing progressively until it becomes impassable at 36 metres of passage.

History

Cavity known since remote times by the local people, although the only data we know are those provided by members of the SIS – CE Terrassa who explored and surveyed it in August 1987.
