Description
Morphology
Leaving the parking area along the track, we immediately find on the N side of it a set of fissures; these are the smallest of the set, with an average width of 0.8 metres and a lamentable state of conservation, with a lot of dirt.
On the S side of the track, we find two lines of main fractures almost parallel, but with many intersections; the one situated further to the E is the widest and where the main access is found.
In the fissure situated further to the W we find several crossings of fractures, with an almost perfect fitting of the walls, with an average width of 1.3 metres. At a certain point it forms a curious and small upper floor.
The 210 metres correspond to the sum of the route of the two main fissures.
There is no survey of the smaller fissures situated to the N of the track.
Hydrology
The fissures in general are quite humid and with air current.
History
Known and visited since time immemorial; in fact they already appear cited in most old catalogues by usual authors, Casiano del Prado, Puig y Larraz, Font i Sagué, Faura i Sans, etc.
El Gefoma (Foment Martinenc) explored and surveyed them on 17 June 1981.
In recent years they have been partially conditioned, with small exterior footbridges to facilitate the passage between the fissures and the signposting of the route, but no maintenance is done and it gives a sensation of abandonment.
