Characteristics

Location

From the Coll d'Ares we will continue in the direction of Sant Alís and the Pas de Colobó. From here we will continue in the direction of the Graller Gran del Corralot. Just before crossing the third torrent, which is the last before the Corralot, we will find the mouth of the cavity on the right of the path, in the middle of a limestone pavement.

Description

Morphology

A shaft of 9' 38 metres places us on a level where, from its northern end, a narrow ramp emerges that ends at 14 metres depth.

History

Explored for the first time by the Centre Gimnàstic Barcelonès in the autumn of 1958, although it had already been located during Holy Week of that same year, when a resident of the village of Moror familiar with the terrain accompanied them to most of the cavities of this sector of the Montsec. In 1980 F. Rubinat and J. Ametller published the survey for the first time, but due to an error in noting the scale they attributed less depth to it than the real one. In 1984 Ll. Canet and J. de Valles published a new one with the correct depth.
