Location

They are located in Baén, in the Baix Pallars. From Baén one must take the path that crosses the barranc d'Enseu, the same route as to go to the Cova de Porredons, the Avenc de les Ribes, etc. On the lower part of the slope, shortly after ascending the Allau de les Ribes, these small cavities are found. Approximate coordinates.

History

Mentioned as simple balmes in the article on the explorations of the ERE – CEC in the area. They were later included in volume 1 of the Catàleg Espeleològic de Catalunya, which draws its data from the Inventari del Patrimoni Arqueològic de Catalunya.
