Description
Morphology
The entrance, 2.50 metres high, is soon reduced to 1.50 metres, while the average width is about 2 metres, interrupted halfway along by protrusions of the ceiling which, owing to the large quantity of clay covering the floor, come to form a false wall, giving the appearance that these are two small galleries. To the right and left of the main entrance we find two more entrances that come to connect with the main one, but owing to their scanty dimensions they are not passable.
History
The first exploration of which we have record is the one carried out by the Grup d'Amics de l'Espeleologia Científica, of Manlleu, who explored and surveyed it on 26 October 1972, naming it cave no. 2 of the Stop; in the same area they explored 3 other cavities, an article on the subject being published that same year in a local bulletin of Manlleu.
