Characteristics

Location

Follow the track that goes from Sotarro towards the Penya de Moro between two high-tension lines. We will leave what appears to be an abandoned track on the left and about 50 m further on, some ten metres to the left of the track, we will find the cavity.

Description

Morphology

Entrance 2.70 x 0.90 m in the shape of a funnel. At its bottom opens a small shaft 3 m deep that ends choked with sediments.

Other details

Old sparry calcite quarry.

History

Located, cleared and explored by members of SE Ordal – CE Vallirana in October 1996.
