Description
Morphology
Entering through the lower entrance, of larger proportions, one descends a 9.7-metre pit; at its bottom and in a N direction, a steeply inclined ramp can be climbed, which leads directly beneath the small orifice that constitutes the upper entrance. From the base of the main entrance pit and in a descending direction, one descends a small step and then, by a ramp of debris, follows a gallery that reaches the point of maximum depth, a place where the joint narrows, becoming impenetrable.
History
The first exploration was carried out on 29 May 1955 by the SE of the CE Comarca de Bages (years later they would adopt the name EDES of the CE Comarca del Bages). They attributed to it a somewhat exaggerated depth of -43 metres. The existence of the cavity was indicated to them by the local people, who had it covered with branches to prevent livestock from falling in.
Later, the SIE of the CEA explored it on 11 May 1980, carrying out the only known survey of the cavity.
