Location

Going along the narrow road that links la Plana Novella with Olivella, passing through Can Grau, the best place to park is just where the road crosses the bottom of les Conques; it is also the best point to cross the streambed and climb the other slope until you find the channel through which the iron pipe that carries water to la Plana Novella passes. The pit is a little above this pipe.

Description

Morphology

The entrance is elongated (1.4 x 0.62 m) and connects with a 1.4 metre drop. At its bottom begins a gallery 8.8 metres long of very small dimensions that ends choked by debris.

Tectonic-type cavity.

History

The only reference we have is that of the exploration by members of the Speleology Section of the Biblioteca Museu Víctor Balaguer (Vilanova i la Geltrú) on 16 May 1981.
