Description
Morphology
The entrance is in a funnel-shaped ledge, without vegetation (1974), and has dimensions of 1 x 1 metres that communicate with a 22 metre vertical; its base is an inclined ramp that ends in a small step, at the bottom of which a small clastic chamber originates where the 31 metres of depth are reached. Above it, the joint continues in an ascending direction and one can reach a small group of intersecting galleries.
Returning to the base of the entrance pit and climbing back up the main joint and a small step, one reaches a small pit of just over 3 metres followed by a series of ramps until finding a final step that leads to a pit divided in two by a wedged block. This pit has a depth of 5.4 metres and its bottom is closed by blocks on one side (level – 32) and on the other a new step opens, impenetrable, probed about 4 metres.
History
Discovered and explored by members of the ERE – CEC and of the Biblioteca Balaguer de Vilanova i la Geltrú, during the campaigns they carried out between the years 1972 and 1974.
