Description

Morphology

Its entrance, funnel-shaped, 11 by 5 metres, gives way to an 11 metre pit that leads to the bottom of the cavity. On one side of the floor of the pit there is a gallery that divides into two impassable passages. From the upper lip of the entrance starts a gallery 10 metres long and of reduced dimensions that ends in a small chamber.

Speleothems

The small chamber at the end of the gallery has a stalagmitic flow.

Hydrology

The stalagmitic flow originated from the water inputs that flowed into the main joint.

History

Discovered by a member of the Centre Excursionista de Terrassa, who reported it to colleagues of the SIS, who explored it in April 1978.
