Bossòst is a municipality in the Val d'Aran with 2 catalogued cavities: 1 cave and 1 pit. The total recorded length is 105 m and the maximum depth is 33 m. The lithologies present are granite and sandstone.
The longest cavity is Horats de Margalida, at 90 m, an important sinkhole of the Margalida river with a collapse of 20 x 28 m and a 12 m shaft leading to the -19 level. The second cavity is Balma Dera Castèra, at 15 m, a partially fortified rock shelter at the foot of the rock of the dera Castèra hill, with remains of the chapel of the vanished castle.
