Morfologia
At the end of the tufa bed, two small entrances open; only the right-hand one is penetrable. This gives way to a very narrow gallery, with a general SW direction and a very broken course. At 15 metres there is a small widening, where a block prevents passage through the very narrow joint that follows.
Idrologia
The cavity acts as an overflow of the Fontalba spring. The cavity is only active in times of heavy rainfall; the water descends down a tufa bed on a steep slope. In major floods the water current is spectacular and visible from a great distance.
Progressione
Access to the final sections is very difficult due to the sudden changes of direction of the gallery and the small dimensions of the whole.
Storia
Explored between 1982 and 1984 by the GES del CM Terrassa, based on the indications of some friends of theirs (J. Ciurans, R. Rius and J. Roca).
