Località

By the track that goes to the abandoned village of Rubíes, once we have reached the crossroads of the ermita de Meià we will continue along the previous track for 750 metres, at the point where the track descends a little and resumes the climb. The cavity is about 80 metres to the left of the track, in a small flat valley and on the left-hand side of it.

Descrizione

Morfologia

An entrance in the form of a cave 1.7 x 1.2 leads to an 11-metre pit. The first metres of the pit are a steep ramp. This pit drops into a wide chamber. To the south-east of the chamber, a ramp full of stones, which becomes narrow as it descends, places us in a smaller chamber with the floor completely full of stones. At the southern end it is still possible to continue for a couple of metres.

Concrezioni

The wide chamber into which the pit drops has a good deal of concretion.

Storia

First exploration carried out by Emili Sabaté SIRE-Sants in 1963; it had already been cited in 1910 by Jeannel.
