Orobe 8

Cavity located in the vicinity of the de la Peña de Orobe in Alsasua (Navarra). After 4 km from Alsasua, an abandoned quarry is seen on the left. To reach it, it is necessary to cross the Altzania river over a bridge and take a local track leading to Olazagutia. The railway passes very close to the quarry. Another possible access route is by taking this local track from Olazagutia. After barely 200 metres south of the quarry and taking the track towards Olazagutía, on the right there is a path towards the W leading to the summit of the mountain. It is rather a timber track, which climbs a very steep slope in one go.
