You have to take the track that leaves from the Pla d'Ardenya in the direction of the Serra del Mas and the Sotarro. On reaching the first crossroads you have to follow the one on the left. When the climb is practically over and the track turns to the right in the direction of the doline of the serra del Mas, we will have to turn off to the left in the direction of the crag. Before reaching it we will find a fissure that blocks our way; following it both to the right and to the left we will keep finding the different numbers that have been given to the Esquerda del Mas de les Fonts. No. 4 is on the left between number 1 and number 2, at the beginning of the slope.

Descrizione

Morfologia

It is a small cavity formed by a descending gallery that ends in a 4-metre shaft. It is 8 metres deep.

Storia

At the end of the 70s it was explored by the ERE of the CEC, where they mention the various fissures as Penya Esquerdada, with different numbers to identify them, in this case number 4.

On 26 January 1996 it was explored and surveyed by members of the SEO-CE Vallirana; they named it with the initials SM-2.
