It is located S of the lleixa del Favar, on the cingles de Costabella.

From the Sant Aniol water bottling plant, we will head to the hamlet of Costabella, from where we will follow the path to Santa Maria de Finestres; the cave is very close to the only path that provides access to it.

Morfologia

Small cavity with 19 metres of passage, structured by two perpendicular joints, which presents in its final section a large chaos of blocks that obstruct the passage.

Idrologia

It appears to be an old spring of little importance, currently dry.

Storia

People from the village accompanied members of the ERE – CEC on 15 February 1970, who carried out the exploration and survey, this being the only reference available about the cavity.
