Leaving el Vilosell via the N area of the village, carrer camí de l'Albí, we will continue until we find the track of the camí dels Picots i Guardians, we will continue along the old path from Cervià de les Garrigues to el Vilosell, we will reach the vicinity of the masia del Tella, we will go around the serra de les Fontetes del Marxant turning left to the W and descend to the Set river; just after crossing the river and ascending a little we will find the cova del Cintet.

Morfologia

It is a large rock shelter excavated in Pinyolenc conglomerates; it has maximum dimensions of 35 m in length by 14 m in depth and a height of 5 m.

Middle Bronze Age archaeological site. The archaeological remains that come from this site were located when, in 1978, work was carried out to lower the ground both at the entrance of the cave and in its interior. The rock shelter, at the entrance, has an image of the virgin carved in stone. On the first Sunday of September, mass and popular events are held there. In addition to remains of small dry-stone walls, a carved stone piece resembling a millstone is visible, but it could be any other tool that we are unable to determine.
