Caratteristiche

Località

On the T-244 road from Pla de Manlleu, and above Km 13.5, take the paved track that initially heads towards Cal Cendra, then continue N along the track to Cal Lió.

From Cal Lió, the cave is about 760 m to the N-NW on the right hydrographic slope of the stream that passes beside the houses.

A track a few metres before reaching Cal Lió climbs the aforementioned stream on its right hydrographic slope; we will cover a distance of 670 m, always uphill, along the main track until the track crosses the stream; at this point we will continue climbing along the stream bed for a distance of about 170 m; the cavity is on its right hydrographic slope, about 5 m above its bed and at the base of a small cliff.

Descrizione

Morfologia

The cave begins with a small chamber two metres long that at its end has an impenetrable passage that connects with the rest of the cave.

Just in the ceiling of the entrance, a vertical passage connects with a level above the entrance chamber; this level begins with a flat-out passage that gives us access to the second chamber of the cavity, more interior and more spacious than the initial one.

The inner chamber has two impenetrable passages; the first connects with the entrance chamber and the second, located at the end of the hall, descends and becomes impenetrable.
