Località

Small cave in Olèrdola (Alt Penedès). From Moja we follow the paved track of the avenue de la Carrerada to the SE as far as the cemetery, where we take a dirt track on the right signposted towards the «Muntanyeta», which after a few metres leaves us in the large car park of the Muntanyeta, equipped with tables and benches. Once at the property, we take the first turning on the right, continue for 350 metres until we easily find the cave on our left.

Descrizione

Morfologia

It is a small rock shelter 22 metres wide. We can divide it into two parts: the E sector is 7.5 metres wide and 4 metres deep, with a large block that partially closes off the front part. The W sector, 14, 5 wide, partially closed off by an 8-metre wall with a door and a small window. Penetrating inside we come to a chamber 12 metres deep and 8 wide, with a flat floor and a height of about 2.5 metres, with a ceiling and a large amount of rubbish on the floor.
